Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new T.U.K. shoes, but if the fit isn't right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for all unworn footwear in original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label or a QR code for a printerless drop-off experience.

• 3.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original T.U.K. box and secure them inside a protective shipping mailer or outer box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
